March Into Spring

Are you ready for a new fresh look!? It’s time to March Into Spring and freshen up that porch!!

Ryobi makes door handle installation so easy!! We updated our new door with this beautiful new handle from Delaney Hardware. Ryobi is exclusively sold at Home Depot and Delaney Hardware can be found at great stores like Home Depot, Build.com, Wayfair.com, Houzz.com and Lowes.

Now that you’ve updated the door with a new handle, let’s work on the rest of the porch!!! I like to start by picking a color scheme. I love yellow and green for a bright Spring look.

Look for vintage pieces in varying heights. Here I used an old whiskey barrel, a yellow Lard can, and a rusty galvanized bucket. Then, I layer it with more vintage goodies like a chippy green watering can and some vintage pots.

Next, I add fresh Easter flowers. Flowers instantly brighten up any space and give it a homey relaxed feeling !!!

Now let’s make it cozy!!! Just add a blanket or some pillows. Here I added a vintage white chenille quilt.

And finally, a large oversized Spring sign gives this space a whimsical touch.
