Simple and Easy Picnics

Sometimes it’s the little things. Truly. Like a little picnic with simple sandwiches in your own backyard.

When I think of my best summer memories, I often think of sipping sweet tea while watching my kids play with the water hose or swimming in my parents’ pool. Those experiences cost very little money. All you need to spruce up your backyard are some simple melamine plates and a quilt!!! I got these from Country Door !! This simple and easy picnic with a table and chairs I already had, some flowers that cost me $5, and easy BLT sandwiches made for a night I won’t soon forget:)

I think this past year has taught many of us to slow down and really appreciate quality over quantity. And a special, dare I say even romantic, picnic like this is definitely a way to get in some quality time with loved ones.
